This page explains how to delete your Torgo business account and its data. Torgo is operated by Sprezza LLC.
How to delete your account and data
- In the Torgo app or on torgoapp.com, first cancel your subscription: Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing.
- Then go to Settings → Plan & billing → Delete business, and type your business name to confirm. This permanently deletes your business and all associated data.
Or, to request deletion by email, contact support@torgoapp.comfrom your account's email or phone number.
What is deleted
- your business profile
- your services
- your team members
- your bookings
- your customers
- your days off
- your owner account and login
What is kept, and for how long
Records we are legally required to retain — for example billing and tax records — are kept for the legally required period. Everything else is deleted. In-app deletions are immediate; email deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
